Tom Lyne
Tom Lyne was educated at the Universities of Reading,
Warwick and the Institut d'Etudes Politiques, Paris.  He has
taught at the Universities of Limerick (Ireland) and Portsmouth
(England) and been a visiting lecturer at the Universite de
Paris-X.  He has advised the British Labour Party and for many
years was chief European advisor to Nobel Prize-winner John
Hume MP,  MEP, the principal architect of the Irish peace process.
