"Nick Pangakis is a PhD Candidate in the Department of Political Science at the University of Pennsylvania. His research explores different ways to integrate artificial intelligence tools into the social sciences effectively and responsibly. He has presented his research at numerous international conferences and on expert panels. He is coordinating, along with Princeton’s Arthur Spirling, an inaugural Princeton-Penn artificial intelligence conference in early September 2024. The conference is titled, "Language Models in Social Science” (LMiSS).

In addition to his doctoral studies, Nick also received a Master's in Data Science and Statistics from The Wharton School."
